Lendlease win Gold Award for customer satisfaction
Lendlease is delighted to announce that it has won the 2019 Gold Award in the latest independent customer satisfaction awards. Run by market research company In-house Research, the awards are based on customer feedback gained in its annual customer service survey.
Winning the 2019 Gold Award demonstrates the high level of customer satisfaction Lendlease has continued to achieve, despite the challenging market conditions of 2018.
Every single Lendlease customer whose sale completed in 2018 was given the chance to complete the survey. We’re thrilled that more than 90% of customers who took part said they’d be happy to recommend us to their friends, family and colleagues.
