The Stamp Duty Holiday
Following a recent Government announcement, major stamp duty savings currently are available for home buyers in England until 31st March 2021. Buy a home up to a value of £500,000 before the scheme ends and pay no Stamp Duty if you qualify* . And, if you buy a home over £500,000, we have exclusive incentives available.
The Stamp Duty Land Tax saving applies to first time buyers and existing property owners looking to move.
